Tour Sendoff at the Maine Governor's Mansion in Augusta
A chance meeting by Ben with Mary Herman, wife of Maine Gov. Angus King, resulted in the official start of the Corvettes Conquer Cancer Tour. The Governor's Mansion, across the street from the Maine State House, was the scene where all the media, as well as many friends with their Corvettes, congregated to give Sandy and Ben a grand sendoff! Sandy's Dad was even there from New Jersey!
