This is always a really fun event!

This year we were able to sent the ACS office
in Montgomery AL a total of $1061.00!

Things got pretty crazy outside the Bowling Green Assembly Corvette Club rooms.
They had set up a bar on the room ironing board out on the walk!

Dinner and Live Auction in the Ballroom Saturday evening.
Somebody actually caught me eating, but with the 50/50 container close at hand.
(Also, having had way too much sun the day before - my face almost matches my shirt!)
Eric Millette, Jim Robertson, Steve Grilli, Kelly Walker and Charley Robertson get the auction started.
Kelly, Jim & Steve keep things lively - note growing lineup of beer bottles!
Kirk Bennion describes one of the MANY one-of-a-kind items he created for this auction.
Not only was this auction really fun, but it raised $8500 for the National Corvette Museum!!!
After the auction, we drew the winner of the 50/50 raffle that I had been selling tickets for all evening. The pot had grown to $1036.00, to be split between the winner and the American Cancer Society.
And the winner was...
They gave it back, so that the entire $1036.00 went to the American Cancer Society! Thank you Barbara and Zeke!
And a BIG Thank You to Circle City Corvettes for allowing us to do this fundraising at their event!
That $1036.00 plus the $25 for the Price's hood signature brought the total for ACS to $1061.00!
Afterwards, out back at the tiki bar, the craziness of the Clarion ironing board bar party continued, which this disturbing shot of Bruce Eubanks with Eric Millette in a headlock demonstrates.
The end of another really fun event...
