Thursday, September 1
On the road again - 4:55 am!
10:00 am: The first seminar in the theater featured Corvette/Cadillac race driver Andy Pilgrim explaining his traffic safety education foundation.
The one and only Corvette SS was on display.
1:00 pm - The new Corvette Assembly Plant Manager, Kai Spande, talked about the plant and its current expansion project.
I got to hang with my buddy Bibi again. Thank you Michelin
for providing the tires for our mission!
Friday, September 2
Ready to head back to the NCM. That's Board Member Ivan Schrodt's Blue Callaway.
Waiting for my breakfast in the Corvette Cafe I could admire the photo of my C6 laminated in the counter top.
8:30 am: First Seminar
15 Past and Present Hall of Fame inductees, each speaking about their
Corvette histories, all of which were inter-related! Fascinating!
This was followed by an autograph session.
Some of the Live Auction items that were sold starting at 11:30.
Kathy Austin got to sign the hood for her $25 donation to the American Cancer Society!
